The Market

MediCon, in partership with a major manufacturer of hydraulic lifts, has developed a line of wireless controllers to reduce machine wiring and introduce machines and introduce advanced functions.

Challenges

This controller is particularly intended for off-road / off-track vehicles. It can be used both as a stand-alone controller and as a part of a distributed machine control system.
It features proprietary, 2.4GHz wireless connectivity, in order to reduce cable requirements, and Bluetooth connectivity, for an easy configuration and maintenance.
It also has a 3-axes accelerometer, and suitable software to determine the spatial orientation of the controller, and, therefore, of the machine component on which it is mounted.
